Remember when we were told “If you like your health insurance you can keep it,” and “If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor,” or this one, that the Heritage Foundation reminds us of, “it will cut the cost of a typical family’s premium by up to $2,500 a year”? Ah, it was a simpler time… however, what the president neglected to explain was that we would no longer be able to afford our health insurance, and our doctors would probably opt for early retirement.
As The Foundry from the Heritage Foundation tells us, it has become abundantly clear that none of those false promises are to be our new reality [hey thanks Chief Justice Roberts].
